The SAPS guardrail for concrete applications attaches to an embedded anchor and provides a 5000 LB point of tie-off. Made in the United States with heavy-duty steel, this guardrail system can be reused over time.

- Meets ANSI Z359.14-2021 For Tie Off Above and Below the Dorsal D-Ring
- 5k LB Dedicated Point of Tie Off
- Rotatable rail member with wire rope sleeve
- Braced base plate for maximum support.
- SAP42DM meets OSHA height requirements.
- No side loading.
- Rotates 360 degrees.
- Is compliant for active fall restraint and passive fall restraint.
- 100% reusable, unlike the traditional angle iron currently used.
